Times, locations set for Bill Clinton’s visit

The details of former President Bill  Clinton’s visit to western Kentucky on Friday have been released by the campaign of Bruce Lunsford, Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate.

Lunsford and Clinton will be campaigning at the Robert Cherry Civic Center in Paducah at 10:30 a.m. CST tomorrow and then will be at the Bowling Green-Warren County Regional Airport at 1:30 p.m.

Doors open at each location 30 minutes before the program starts.

There had been some talk that the former president might be making his way to Owensboro as a third stop, but Jerry Lundergan, former head of the Kentucky Democratic Party and state chair for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign in Kentucky, said that’s not the case. Clinton will be leaving Kentucky for Georgia after the Bowling Green stop, Lundergan said.
